Sustainability is the most important task for society. Recycling is one of the ways to achieve sustainability and NOF can offer some kinds of additives to help recycling of resins such as compatibility improvement, impact modification and chain extension. Our materials can help to use both Post-Industrial Recycling (PIR) and Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) materials.

① Compatibility Improvement by MODIPER® A, C series

MODIPER® A, C series can improve compatibility of some kinds of polymer alloys because of its unique graft structure. For instance, MODIPER® A4400 and CL430-G can improve the impact property while keeping other mechanical properties higher than EGMA.

② Impact modification by MODIPER® A4000 series

MODIPER® A4000 series can improve the impact property of a variety of engineering plastics such as PA, PBT, PET, and PPS, to name a few.

③ Chain extension by MARPROOF® G series

MARPROOF® G series contains epoxy groups which can react with other functional groups such as carboxy group, amino group, and hydroxy group, to name a few. By compounding recycled resins with MARPROOF® G series, it extends the polymer chain and recover the mechanical properties.
