For site specific delivery, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) modified with ligands are widely used. SUNBRIGHT GS-034DB2 is a functionalized PEG lipid designed for efficient ligand conjugation in LNP drug delivery systems. It features a maleimide group linked to a PEG diacylglycarol (DSG-PEG3400), which allows selective conjugation with thiol-containing molecules such as peptides or antibodies, and enables precise cellular targeting and enhanced formulation versatility of LNPs. GS-034DB2  does not have a charge that could adversely affect the stability of LNPs and is useful for developing active targeting delivery systems.
