SUNBRIGHT DE-400TS01 is a homobifunctional NHS carbonate-PEG with a 40,000 Da PEG chain. The NHS carbonate groups at both ends react with amine-containing molecules to form a stable carbamate bonds. After PEGylation, the TS type is relatively resistant to hydrolysis, making it suitable for the applications that require prolonged stability under aqueous or physiological conditions.
