PUREBRIGHT MA-P12-PS is a pendant-type heterobifunctional monodisperse PEG linker, featuring two monodisperse PEG chains and two different functional groups—a maleimide and an NHS carbonate.

This unique pendant-like structure forms a hydrophilic domain surrounding hydrophobic payloads, effectively masking their hydrophobicity and improving aqueous solubility. It also allows the drug to be positioned closer to the antibody while reducing nonspecific interactions.

MA-P12-PS is particularly suited for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) linker design, where precise control over linker length, hydrophilicity, and dual functional reactivity is critical.
